The Board has finally agendized a discussion of Administrative Regulation 5145.3 as item 7B on March 25, 2025, as it has been called into question by the Mirabelli v. Olson EUSD (2023) ruling.  While the judicial action currently does not apply to CVUSD, the California Department of Education’s FAQ page is currently unenforceable and in direct conflict with our Resolution 08-25-1474 DM (section E) passed on August 13, 2024.  Join us as we unify our policies to support fundamental parental rights.
