Inspiring Civic Engagement

I'm not a politician, I'm just passionate about civic engagement.  This evening was asked to speak to about 15 8th grade students about my experiences on the school board and the campaign process.  It was great to answer questions and inspire involvement.  It's always great to understand the status of public education from a student's perspective.  I also gave a presentation on the foundations of servant leadership, boldly leading with humility.  That is my goal.
